GENERAL INFORMATION

All treatment times are approximate and include preparation, consultation and relaxation. In order to make the most of your visit, please ensure that you arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your appointment time. This will give you plenty of time to check in, use the restroom, and fill out any necessary consultation forms that may be necessary. Please notify us upon booking if you are pregnant, breast feeding or suffering from any medical conditions or illnesses that may be relevant to your treatment.

LATE ARRIVALS

Any late arrivals may result in having the treatment time reduced, as a courtesy to other clients whose treatment follows yours. Unfortunately reduced treatments will still be charged the full amount. We fully understand that sometimes being late is outside of your control. Allow plenty of time for travel and parking your car. We will always do our best to accommodate late arrivals (within 15 minutes after your appointment) by performing the most complete treatment possible in the time remaining. Unfortunately, arriving 15 minutes after the scheduled time of your appointment will result in full charges (equivalent deductions from gift vouchers) without the opportunity to reschedule. If you have a gift voucher and do not show up for your treatment or cancel 24 hours before your treatment time, you will forfeit your gift voucher.

REFUND POLICY

At Body Bliss all of our treatments are carried out by fully qualified therapists. If you have had a salon treatment that you are unsatisfied with, please contact the salon immediately. Unfortunately we cannot give refunds on any treatments but we will look into your concerns immediately. In addition, we cannot give refunds on any products sold due to health and safety reasons.

CANCELLATIONS

Please note that we kindly request a minimum of 24 hours notice prior to your appointment for changes or cancellations to any treatments or courses booked otherwise a 50% fee will be incurred.

DATA PROTECTION

We would like to inform our clients that under the data protection act 1998, any information or health records disclosed to any members of staff at Body Bliss will be treated with the upmost confidentiality.
